Skunk2’s Alpha Series Connecting Rods are engineered for high horsepower Honda SOHC D16A and ZC engines, delivering exceptional strength, balance, and durability. Precision CNC-machined from forged 4340 chromoly steel, each rod features a wide H-beam design and undergoes heat treatment, tempering, and shot peening for improved fatigue resistance. With an optimized strength-to-weight ratio and 3/8" ARP2000 bolts rated to 220,000 psi, these rods are ideal for high-stress performance applications.

Built for engine builders pushing the limits of SOHC power, Alpha Series rods provide industry-leading value and performance. Modifications to the engine girdle and/or block are required for proper installation.
