Flywheels are used to store rotational energy from your engine and transfer it to your transmission with a clutch. If your are looking to increasing the responsiveness of your engine, we recommend upgrading your OEM flywheel to an aftermarket lightweight flywheel.

While improving holding or clamping pressure, manufacturers nearly always increase pedal pressure to an uncomfortable point, especially for stop-and-go traffic.
