The AirDog 4G FP-150 GPH A4SPBD103 is the original proven Air/Fuel Separation Cummins lift pump or Fuel Preporator. A lift pump system is a must have for your 1994-1998 12V Cummins diesel. The fuel system on a Cummins diesel truck is the heart of the vehicle’s performance and reliability. This low pressure Cummins lift pump mounts to the inner frame rail using the supplied sandwich plate mounting system. The suction/fuel supply side connects directly to the supplied 1/2″ draw straw suction tube installed in the tank. The pressure side connects directly to the side of the P-Pump bypassing the mechanical block mounted factory pump and fuel filter housing. Lines and fittings are included to connect the injection pump return, which would normally recirculate through the factory fuel filter housing, to the injector return line and is returned to the tank.

The AirDog FP-4G Cummins fuel pump incorporates the proven, quiet, and reliable 4G motor featured in the AirDog II systems. This 4-bearing motor technology is paired with the original FP high flow return base and pump assembly to maintain the proven benefits and features of the Original AirDog model.

This positive supply of purified fuel being fed to your P7100 P-Pump will also add performance, throttle response, and longevity to your vehicle. Due to extra stress on your fuel system from either high mileage and/or additional performance modifications, like a tuner or larger injectors, your injection pump can become weak over time. This may result in a drop of performance, reliability, and fuel economy. The supplied water separator (WS100) and fuel filter (FF100-2), that mount to the pump, filter your fuel down to a 2 micron rating which surpasses the stock fuel filters filtration capability.
