1982-1992 GM F-Body Weight Jack System, Front
UMI's competition 3rd Gen F-Body front weight jack system is designed to replace the factory spring with a tough, adjustable weight jack bucket and a custom wound ultra-premium performance spring.
This kit allows for up to 2-½” lowering from the factory height, providing a smooth ride height adjustment with an industry exclusive thrust bearing system.
The kit comes in two spring rate options:
- 1050lb Custom designed 1050 lb/in springs for a firm ride suitable for auto-x, road race, and spirited daily driving
- Custom designed 850 lb/in springs for a crisp ride suitable for back road corner carving and daily driving

- Strong ¼” thick construction using CNC laser-cut USA steel
- Easy ride height adjustment with acme thread and thrust bearing
- Lowering range of 0 to 2-½”
- Simple adjustment with ratchet and ¾” socket
- Anti-rotation tab for stability

- Allows independent front corner weight tuning
- Maintains factory clearance around the strut for maximum tire and wheel width
- Compatible with UMI Afco, Viking, Koni struts, and factory struts
- Fits UMI and factory K-member (may not work with other brands)
