Minimize wheelhop and enhance the rear stability of your 2015 and newer S550 Mustang by decreasing differential movement with a Differential Bushing Lockout Kit from BMR Suspension. The stock rubber bushing with large void are great for absorbing NVH, but do nothing for performance. The billet aluminum plates in the BMR Differential Bushing Lockout Kit simply keeps the bushing from deflecting. This non-permanent modification keeps the factory bushing in place, so NVH is nearly unchanged. The BMR Suspension Differential Bushings Lockout Kit (BK054) drastically decreases differential movement and pinion rise over the factory rubber bushings. BMR designed its Differential Bushing Lockout Kit from 6061-T6 billet aluminum. This material is extremely strong, without significant weight gains. Each bushing lockout plate is CNC-machined to exact tolerances. This allows for a perfect fit and increased performance for any driving style. Designed for street performance, drag race, and handling applications, the BMR Suspension BK054 Differential Bushing Lockout Kit is the perfect wheelhop solution for any S550 Mustang being used for performance driving. BMR’s Differential Bushing Lockout Kit offers huge increases in performance over the stock rubber bushings. The OE bushings are designed with air pockets and are made from soft rubber. These “voids”, coupled with soft material produce excessive differential movement during normal and aggressive driving. The BMR Differential Bushing Lockout kit installs over the OE rubber bushing, nearly eliminating differential movement by filling the space between the bolt and bushing cup. This eliminates almost all differential movement, reducing wheelhop and increases handling stability, while giving you a much-improved overall feel in any performance driving situation. BMR Suspension’s BK054 Differential Bushing lockout Kit is available in a durable black anodized finish and comes with all necessary hardware. Installation time is about 1 hour. Looks like I get to be the first review for these guys. Let me start out by saying that I have had 3 other cars of a similar caliber to my GTR serviced/worked on and upgrades installed at other shops and none took the pride and level of detail that these guys did. I wish I could see all the welds on the downpipes and exhaust because it looked like artwork. Their fabricator made sure to send me daily updates and pictures which was also a big deal to me. For being an out of state experience it made it seem more like they were local to me and that I had known them for longer.
