The Raptor is designed to be an off-road capable truck, and it accomplishes that very well. While itâ€™s meant to bash in the dirt, there are still some improvements that can be made on the truck. Off-road or on, there are hazards and obstacles aplenty. Your Raptor comes from the factory with some protection in the form of a front skid plate, but the engine and transmission are left entirely exposed. Whether you are pounding the pavement or slinging dirt, you never know what could happen. Protect your Raptorâ€™s transmission from damage with the Borne Off-Road Transmission Skid Plate. Designed to be tough as nails, the Borne Off-Road Transmission Skid Plate is constructed from 5/32-inch plate steel and is ready to take whatever abuse you can to throw at it. Additional mounting points have been added to provide superior strength and those mounting points are all recessed to provide a smooth bottom surface. This eliminates the potential to shear off or get hardware caught on obstacles. All corners and edges are bent at 80-degrees and reinforced to provide even greater strength. Reaching all the way across to both frame rails, it also protects the catalytic converters from theft. To ensure a long-lasting and durable finish, they are first electroplated via electro-galvanization and then powdercoated black. Designed to be direct-fit and including all hardware, install should take less than an hour with basic hand tools. Looks like I get to be the first review for these guys. Let me start out by saying that I have had 3 other cars of a similar caliber to my GTR serviced/worked on and upgrades installed at other shops and none took the pride and level of detail that these guys did. I wish I could see all the welds on the downpipes and exhaust because it looked like artwork. Their fabricator made sure to send me daily updates and pictures which was also a big deal to me. For being an out of state experience it made it seem more like they were local to me and that I had known them for longer.

Took the leap of faith on buying a set of their R35 intakes and downpipes because the price was half of anyone elses plus their car hauls a** at the track. Install went smooth and the power seems to be even better than advertised. Cant wait to get tuned in a few weeks. Their shelf tune honestly has to be 600+ hp as I pulled on a Hellcat last night. I see these guys and gals going a long ways if they can get out there and advertise. Customer service is on point paired with BIGGG savings for the winning combo.
