Manley Pro Series connecting rods are used by the very best engine builders in and outside of the United States in some of the fastest, high horsepower, heart stopping engines being produced.

“I” Beam – Economical Sportsmaster
Manley Sportsmaster connecting rods are forged from aircraft quality 4340 material. Each rod has the entire beam and cap area profiled to remove stress risers and render the lightest possible rod. After machining, rods are shot peened and magnafluxed. Bores are round and without taper. Bend and twist is tightly controlled.

“I” Beam – Pro Series
Manley Pro Series connecting rods are forged from aircraft quality 4340 vacuum degassed material. Each rod is fully machined to the highest standards. Our signature “Pro Series Lightweight” design combines the appropriate weight and rugged strength for ultimate horsepower applications. Each rod is shot peened after machining and magnafluxed. Bores are held to exacting tolerances. Bend and twist is tightly controlled. Cap fasteners are ARP 2000 alloy cap screws.

“H” Beam – Economical
Manley “H” Beam connecting rods are manufactured from 4340 forgings to the same exacting standards developed and approved by our original equipment customers. There is a vast difference in quality between a Manley “H” Beam and the “other” inexpensive H-Beams on the market. Weight matched to +/- 1.5 grams. Perfectly round big and small ends. Bend and twist is tightly controlled.

All Manley connecting rod sets, are weight matched to ± 1.5 grams, big and small end bores are final honed to a tolerance of ± .0002”, critical bend and twist attributes are held to a minimum, and exacting attention is paid to every detail by our final inspection department; thus rendering a finished product that is second to none.

Looks like I get to be the first review for these guys. Let me start out by saying that I have had 3 other cars of a similar caliber to my GTR serviced/worked on and upgrades installed at other shops and none took the pride and level of detail that these guys did. I wish I could see all the welds on the downpipes and exhaust because it looked like artwork. Their fabricator made sure to send me daily updates and pictures which was also a big deal to me. For being an out of state experience it made it seem more like they were local to me and that I had known them for longer.

Elite Race Fab offers free ground shipping & handling to our retail customers within the lower 48 contiguous United States on most orders totaling $159.99 and higher! Orders under $159.99 will be subject to a nominal $5 Flat shipping charge.
