Important note:We recommend to use the standard version for power applications up to 600HP and the X-version for power application above 600HP.

The high performance intercooler has the following core dimension (515mm x 367mm x 95mm = 16,5L/14,45Inch x 3,74Inch = 1006,9Inch³) and this offers a 84% larger cooling surface and 101% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. Our engineers have increased the intercooler core size and efficiency, as well as improved the end tank design to remove any OEM bottlenecks, resulting in increased flow rating and charge cooling properties. This Audi RS3 intercooler uses our award winning WAGNERTUNING Competition Intercooler Core, which is made specifically for this application. Constructed of the highest quality TUBE and FIN intercooler cores with inside turbulators combined with cast aluminum endtanks optimized by CFD for best possible internal airflow. With the help of additional air guides, inside inlet, a uniform filling of the intercooler is provided. The result is excellent cooling properties with minimum pressure drop. So this kit is just the right thing for racing. The intercooler and the crossmember form a stable unit and weighs only 14,3 kg. It is mounted to the original mounting points and is easy to perform (1:1 exchange). Optimum cooling of the charged air with a clear increase in performance! 68mm (2,67Inch) in- and outlets.

Let me start out by saying that I have had 3 other cars of a similar caliber to my GTR serviced/worked on and upgrades installed at other shops and none took the pride and level of detail that these guys did. I wish I could see all the welds on the downpipes and exhaust because it looked like artwork. Their fabricator made sure to send me daily updates and pictures which was also a big deal to me. For being an out of state experience it made it seem more like they were local to me and that I had known them for longer.
