Competition Intercooler Kit EVO3 for Audi TTRS 8S now available with TÜV certificate and two different intercooler core options

Important note:We recommend to use the standard version for power applications up to 600HP and the X-version for power application above 600HP.

The high performance intercooler has the following core dimension (515mm x 367mm x 95mm = 16.500cm³) and thus offers a 84% larger cooling surface and 101% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. Our engineers have increased the intercooler core size and efficiency, as well as improved the end tank design to remove any OEM bottlenecks, resulting in increased flow rating and charge cooling properties. This Audi RS3 intercooler uses our award winning WAGNERTUNING Competition Intercooler Core, which is made specifically for this application. Constructed of the highest quality Tube and Fin intercooler cores with inside turbulators combined with cast aluminum endtanks optimized by CFD for best possible internal airflow. With the help of additional air guides, inside inlet, a uniform filling of the intercooler is provided. The result is excellent cooling properties with minimum pressure drop. So this kit is just the right thing for racing. The intercooler and the original crossmember form a stable unit and weighs only 11.7 kg. It is mounted to the original mounting points and is easy to perform (simple adjustments necessasy - check installation instruction). Optimum cooling of the charged air with a clear increase in performance! 68mm In and Outlets.

Looks like I get to be the first review for these guys. Let me start out by saying that I have had 3 other cars of a similar caliber to my GTR serviced/worked on and upgrades installed at other shops and none took the pride and level of detail that these guys did. I wish I could see all the welds on the downpipes and exhaust because it looked like artwork. Their fabricator made sure to send me daily updates and pictures which was also a big deal to me. For being an out of state experience it made it seem more like they were local to me and that I had known them for longer.

Took the leap of faith on buying a set of their R35 intakes and downpipes because the price was half of anyone elses plus their car hauls a** at the track. Install went smooth and the power seems to be even better than advertised. Cant wait to get tuned in a few weeks. Their shelf tune honestly has to be 600+ hp as I pulled on a Hellcat last night. I see these guys and gals going a long ways if they can get out there and advertise. Customer service is on point paired with BIGGG savings for the winning combo.

Bought a Motec and had these guys build the harness and set it up fully. Track car that received the level of attention and detail of a show car while here.
