Edelbrock Elite II Valve Covers for Chevy 262-400 V8 1959-86. This new line of Elite II valve covers feature a design that is influenced by the original Elite Series originally released in 1985.

The Edelbrock #4262 Elite II Valve Covers are designed for Chevy 262-400 V8 1959-86 applications. This new line of Elite II valve covers feature a design that is influenced by the original Elite Series originally released in 1985, but with a new modern take on this classic look. They're made from heavy-gauge, die-cast aluminum and are finished off with a show quality high luster polished finish. The raised fins are accented by a contrast gloss black finish between the fins for the definitive Elite Series look. Our tall profile valve covers are 2" taller than stock, and clear most roller rockers and valvetrain components. Our low profile valve covers clear all air-conditioning, alternator brackets and aluminum rockers. Overall height is measured from gasket flange to top at the highest point.

Looks like I get to be the first review for these guys. Let me start out by saying that I have had 3 other cars of a similar caliber to my GTR serviced/worked on and upgrades installed at other shops and none took the pride and level of detail that these guys did. I wish I could see all the welds on the downpipes and exhaust because it looked like artwork. Their fabricator made sure to send me daily updates and pictures which was also a big deal to me. For being an out of state experience it made it seem more like they were local to me and that I had known them for longer.
