Elite Race Fabrication 1JZGTE VVTI Twinscroll or Single Scroll T4 Manifold. Always 100% American made flanges, materials and handcrafted fully by our  fabricator Johnathan whom is a US Veteran. 10% of every purchase of fabricated items goes towards the Operation Homefront Charity.   • MADE IN THE USA by a US Veteran and Includes a Life Time Warranty to any owner of the manifold 
  • Thick walled Stainless Steel 1 1/4 Inch SCH40 Runners Fully Tig Welded and Back Purged
  • CNC Billet Stainless Flanges with soft rolled edges (not sharp and highest quality on the market)
  • Option of Single or Dual 38mm MV-S or Dual 44mm MV-R wastegate flanges (these also work with Tial 38mm MV-S and 44mm MV-R)
  • Option of true Twin Scroll or Single Scroll design with equal length runners
  • Optional T3, T4 or Vband (T4 fits up to a BorgWarner S372 confirmed but may fit larger turbos)

 

*Elite Race Fabs Twin Scroll Merge collector creates a turbulent free area for the exhaust gasses to enter the turbine housing in even pulses at high velocities and low pressure drops. The result is an increase in turbine efficiency by 7-8 percent (faster spool, quicker response) and result in fuel efficiency improvements as high as 5 percent.

Looks like I get to be the first review for these guys. Let me start out by saying that I have had 3 other cars of a similar caliber to my GTR serviced/worked on and upgrades installed at other shops and none took the pride and level of detail that these guys did. I wish I could see all the welds on the downpipes and exhaust because it looked like artwork. Their fabricator made sure to send me daily updates and pictures which was also a big deal to me. For being an out of state experience it made it seem more like they were local to me and that I had known them for longer.

Elite Race Fab offers free ground shipping & handling to our retail customers within the lower 48 contiguous United States on most orders totaling $159.99 and higher! Orders under $159.99 will be subject to a nominal $5 Flat shipping charge. Some exceptions and/or exclusions apply, in those scenarios you will be advised of any additional charges in your shopping cart.
In regards to expedited and international shipping each order will need to be quoted on a case by case basis. You can obtain a quote two ways:
