This cat-back exhaust kit 421711 features piping that is 3" in diameter and is mandrel bent to make sure there is consistent air flow throughout the assembly. This increase in air flow, as well as the less back pressure, will help make sure your F-150 reaches its full potential in torque and overall horsepower. Not only will you see an increase in your truck's performance, but you'll also enjoy a more aggressive sound from your exhaust. Roush's kit produces this noise by deleting the restrictive factory resonator along with implementing a canister-style muffler.
The muffler, inlet, outlet and y-pipes in this kit are all manufactured from a high-quality 409 stainless steel and are capped off with a polished finish. These pipes are rust resistant to ensure long-term consistent flow and durability.
The dual tips of this exhaust assembly are crafted using high-quality 304 stainless steel and have been chrome-flashed for superior durability. They are embossed with Roush's logo and will exit out of the side of your F-150 behind the passenger side rear tire. Roush also provides you with all of the necessary hardware that you'll need for a rather painless installation that will utilize your OE hanger locations with zero modifications required.
