Engine movement (deflection) is wasted horsepower, and that power is yours! BMR Suspension wants you to take it back with its solid motor mounts for 2008-2009 Pontiac G8s and 2014-2017 Chevrolet SSs. BMR’s new motor mounts (MM301) are far superior to the bulky, oil-filled hydraulic stock motor mounts, which are designed for comfort, not performance. BMR manufactures its MM301 solid motor mounts in its Florida facility from MIG-welded ¼-inch plate steel with 6061 billet aluminum machined spacers. The kit is completed with Grade 10.9 hardware. BMR Suspension designed the MM301 to be the perfect (100% bolt-in) motor mount for any power level or application (street performance, drag race, and road race) where engine deflection needs to be eliminated. The factory hydraulic motor mounts are designed to dampen engine vibration, giving you the smoothest and most comfortable experience possible. Unfortunately, this does little to limit engine movement. This deflection means lackluster throttle response, slower reaction times, and less accurate shifts in manual-equipped cars. BMR’s MM301 solid motor mounts eliminates engine deflection. The elimination of the deflection leads to more power transferred to the tires, improving your driving experience on both the street and track. And less drivetrain movement means more accurate shifts as you row through the gears. The MM301 is also height adjustable. Simply remove a single aluminum spacer on each side to lower the engine a ¼-inch and two aluminum spacers on each side to lower it a ½-inch in the engine bay. This will give increased under-hood clearance for a strut tower brace or supercharger, and a lower center of gravity for improved handling. When performance is a must, rely on BMR Suspension! BMR Suspension’s MM301 solid motor mounts are available in red and black hammertone powdercoat for long-lasting good looks in your car’s most harsh environment. Installation time is about 2-3 hours with stock exhaust manifolds (installation time may be longer with aftermarket headers). Proudly made in the U.S.A.

Looks like I get to be the first review for these guys. Let me start out by saying that I have had 3 other cars of a similar caliber to my GTR serviced/worked on and upgrades installed at other shops and none took the pride and level of detail that these guys did. I wish I could see all the welds on the downpipes and exhaust because it looked like artwork. Their fabricator made sure to send me daily updates and pictures which was also a big deal to me. For being an out of state experience it made it seem more like they were local to me and that I had known them for longer.
