Designed for Dana 60, Dana 44, Dana 30, and GM 8.5” differentials, Yukon Super Joints feature a 4340 chromoly cross and include an installation manual, sticker, grease gun, high-quality anti-seize grease, small parts, joint or joints, and caps._x000D__x000D__x000D__x000D__x000D__x000D__x000D__x000D__x000D__x000D__x000D__x000D__x000D__x000D__x000D__x000D__x000D__x000D__x000D__x000D__x000D__x000D__x000D__x000D__x000D__x000D__x000D__x000D__x000D__x000D__x000D__x000D__x000D__x000D__x000D__x000D__x000D__x000D__x000D__x000D__x000D__x000D__x000D__x000D__x000D__x000D__x000D__x000D_The caps are made from 4140 steel to isolate the wear to the caps not the cross because it’s a lot more convenient and less expensive to replace the caps. The end of each trunnion is home to a reservoir for the grease. You’ll notice the trunnion is larger in circumference compared to conventional u-joints. This is because the Super Joint eliminates the needle bearings. These joints were never designed for daily drivers so we do not recommend installing them in a vehicle that does not have locking hubs.

Looks like I get to be the first review for these guys. Let me start out by saying that I have had 3 other cars of a similar caliber to my GTR serviced/worked on and upgrades installed at other shops and none took the pride and level of detail that these guys did. I wish I could see all the welds on the downpipes and exhaust because it looked like artwork. Their fabricator made sure to send me daily updates and pictures which was also a big deal to me. For being an out of state experience it made it seem more like they were local to me and that I had known them for longer.
