xIntroducing the new Sinister Diesel Intercooler for the 2003-2007 Ford Powerstroke 6.0. This unit is 100% Made in America and no shortcuts are taken to achieve top quality and performance. Our intercooler utilizes a bar and plate design for superior cooling compared to the factory unit all while being a 100% DROP IN FIT. This intercooler will futureproof your build as it will work just fine with your OEM factory charge pipes AND it can flow enough air to handle over 1200HP comfortably down the road. Our end-tanks are completely hand fabricated from 6061 Aluminum plate and beautifully hand TIG welded. We also utilize CNC machined billet aluminum inlets and outlets so they can handle extremely high clamping force without warpage in order to handle extreme high boost applications. We have tested these intercoolers up to 60Psi of Boost and we're confident they can handle more!., Features:Super efficient Bar & Plate design, Hand Fabricated TIG Welded Aluminum End Tanks, Heavy Duty Internal Welded End Tank Reinforcements, CNC Machined Billet 6061 Aluminum Inlet/Outlet to handle maximum clamping force, 100% Made in the USA, Lowered EGTs (Exhaust Gas Temperatures), Super thick 3.5" Core, A true Drop-In intercooler - no modifications needed, Works with factory or aftermarket charge pipes and boots, Every unit is pressure tested to 60psi., Core rated up to 300psi, Handles up to 1200Hp, Powdercoated in Sinister Blue.

xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
