Description

The all-new Ford F-150 EcoBoost is a great platform for soaking up highway miles during the weekday and tearing it up in the desert on the weekend! With some minor modifications, the Twin Turbo engine is capable of producing some gnarly power. But, the added power of some tuning and bolt-ons will push the limits of the stock charged air system, necessitating an upgrade for the stock tube-and-fin intercooler, which is prone to heat soak. Thankfully Injen has developed a highly efficient bar-and-plate intercooler engineered specifically to fit the Ford F-150. The FM9102i intercooler is a direct-fit unit and features a 25% increase in core volume while requiring no modification to your truck. This intercooler is constructed with cast end tanks and precision CNC-machined aluminum fittings for use with the factory intercooler piping. The Injen Ford F-150 EcoBoost intercooler reduces intake temperatures by 30°F and provides an increase of up to 29 HP and 33 Ft. Lbs. of torque while retaining factory boost pressure across the core. This F-150 EcoBoost twin turbo intercooler has been meticulously TIG-welded by hand and has a sick Raw finish. With about a one-hour installation, great power, temperature benefits, and a Lifetime Warranty, the Injen FM9102i intercooler is a must-do upgrade for any stock or modified Ford F-150 EcoBoost.

Looks beefy!

I haven’t had a chance to install yet, but it looks massively beefier than the oem intercooler. It was well packaged and arrived quickly and undamaged. Definitely will be a huge upgrade help the ol ecoboost boosty boi’s breathe.

Looks like I get to be the first review for these guys. Let me start out by saying that I have had 3 other cars of a similar caliber to my GTR serviced/worked on and upgrades installed at other shops and none took the pride and level of detail that these guys did. I wish I could see all the welds on the downpipes and exhaust because it looked like artwork. Their fabricator made sure to send me daily updates and pictures which was also a big deal to me. For being an out of state experience it made it seem more like they were local to me and that I had known them for longer.

Took the leap of faith on buying a set of their R35 intakes and downpipes because the price was half of anyone elses plus their car hauls a** at the track. Install went smooth and the power seems to be even better than advertised. Cant wait to get tuned in a few weeks. Their shelf tune honestly has to be 600+ hp as I pulled on a Hellcat last night. I see these guys and gals going a long ways if they can get out there and advertise. Customer service is on point paired with BIGGG savings for the winning combo.

Bought a Motec and had these guys build the harness and set it up fully. Track car that received the level of attention and detail of a show car while here.
