With that being said, all of our inventory is checked for accuracy on pricing and stock twice a day. This helps with only offering instock items to you our customer, ensuring the fastest shipping times in the industry with no delays.  On the rare chance that something is out of stock, you will be alerted within 24hours of the purchase, and either a substitution will be offered or a full refund. Its that simple with us.  

As for delivery times, generally speaking almost all items can arrive to any US address within 2-7 business days with Free Economy Shipping(to any Continental US address)for orders over $159.99.  The almost is there only for the small handful of items that require Truck Freight. We will notify you before it can ship with our shipping rates at our cost.  We understand how this may cause some confusion but please understand we never make a dime on shipping, as its always at our negotiated low cost. In the event that you would like to get your items faster, please select one of our faster options such as UPS/Fedex Ground, UPS/Fedex 3 Day Air, UPS/Fedex 2nd Day Air, UPS/Fedex Next Day Air or any of the USPS options to your address.  All shipping prices displayed are at our cost.  We get insanely good shipping rates due to the volume of packages we ship daily, and we pass this savings directly to you our customer. Most customers email/call asking how we can offer a 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air shipping option for cheaper than most competitors offer for a Ground option, and its because we do not mark it up at all.  Just one more step to show our customers that we appreciate the opportunity to provide you with the parts you need when you need them.

If you have not received a tracking number within 24hours please email us, and we will respond back with information and tracking promptly. Our goal is to deliver the best customer experience Start to Finish to you and having to email us for tracking is not part of that, but in the event that you do have to please allow 24hours for a response, though you should get a response in as little as 1hr.

Where is my item shipping from? That is a common question we get. We stock many items here in NC, as well as Pa, Tx, Nv and Cali.  Your parts will ship from the closest location that has it to ensure the fastest turn around and delivery time for you. Just an extra step we take to improve that experience a little more.  If the item is drop shipped from the manufacture, we will take care of any drop ship fee's that they charge us dealers and tracking will be updated as soon as they provide it to us, but in the event of a delay more than 24hrs you will be notified by email and made aware that we too are waiting on the tracking. We know how it feels to need that one special part, you find it at the best price online and you click BUY but then never hear from the company again or at least not for days/weeks.  No worries, none of that jazz here. We are upfront with any delays or issues and let you decide if you want to wait, not us for you.
