Nova series LED headlights feature their patented Ice Cube 3D LED projectors with Osram Oslon black flat LED chips. AlphaRex has designed each headlight housing to your factory specs for a easy installation. The polycarbonate lens is extremely durable and has been coated to prevent fogging, yellowing, or oxidizing, and allows for better light output in bad weather.
Chrome Nova LED headlights from AlphaRex are compliant with SAE and DOT FMVSS108 regulations, plus they are certified to ISO-9000, ISO-9001 and ISO-9002 standards. AlphaRex projector headlights are plug-n-play direct replacements for your truck, so you won't need to do any drilling or cutting. Because these headlights have a DRL feature, you will need to apply the DRL module included in the package. Detailed instructions are included but you can always give us a call if you should find yourself in need of further information or if you have any questions.
All AlphaRex products are provided with a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty upon the date of purchase, which covers all manufacturing defects, in accordance with the conditions below for the first purchaser or person receiving the product as a present, starting with the purchase date stated on the sales invoice provided by AlphaRex. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by state, province, or country.
This warranty only applies if the usability of the product is considerably adversely affected by a material or manufacturing fault already present at the time of hand-over (defect). The warranty does not cover defects or malfunctions caused by any of the below conditions:
Carrier damage
Misuse or modification of the product
Normal wear and tear
Damages resulting from extreme weather and solvents
Normal discoloration
Repairs beyond the warranty period
We sincerely suggest you check your product upon delivery. Should you find any damages or defects upon installation, please contact us and let us assist you.
We also highly suggest our customers to install our products with mechanics because they have the right tools to install and equipment to test the lights.

Elite Race Fab offers free ground shipping & handling to our retail customers within the lower 48 contiguous United States on most orders totaling $159.99 and higher, when the item being purchased is not a Freight/LTL item! Orders under $159.99 will be subject to a nominal $13.99 Flat shipping charge. Some exceptions and/or exclusions apply, in those scenarios you will be advised of any additional charges in the item details/description stating shipping exclussions/freight shipping required etc.
In regards to expedited and international shipping each order will need to be quoted on a case by case basis. You can obtain a quote two ways:
- From your shopping cart select "Request a Quote" prior to placing your order. We will review your proposed order and promptly respond with shipping estimates.
- Complete your order ahead of time indicating either expedited or international shipping during the checkout process. We will promptly determine shipping rates for your order and email you for approval and additional payment.
