Crafted from CNC-machined 6061 aluminum billet, this premium two-piece modular cover offers superior strength, precise fitment, and easy maintenance access while delivering a sleek, performance-oriented appearance.
Developed over a decade ago and continuously refined, this two-piece design allows quick access to the timing components and makes cylinder head removal effortless—ideal for tuners, builders, and racers. The O-ring sealed interface between the upper and lower sections ensures leak-free operation, even under extreme conditions, while the oversized access door provides convenient entry to the timing chain tensioner.
An integrated chain guide helps maintain proper chain alignment and prevents the chain from jumping teeth during service or head removal. The cover is also 14% lighter (10 oz less) than OEM, contributing to both performance and aesthetics. Finished in a durable black anodized coating, the cover is engraved with “Skunk2 Racing” on the upper section and “Innovate or Die” on the lower section — a true mark of Skunk2 engineering excellence.

Orders under $159.99 will be subject to a nominal $13.99 Flat shipping charge. In regards to expedited and international shipping each order will need to be quoted on a case by case basis. You can obtain a quote two ways:
