Do you want to take the performance and efficiency of your BMW 335i (N54) to the next level? Then our Competition Intercooler EVO 2 is the ideal choice. This kit is specifically designed to meet the exacting requirements of BMW N54 & N55 engines and provide you with an incredible performance boost.

Our Competition Intercooler EVO 2 sets the standard with net dimensions of 520x210x150 (13,572 cc). This means an impressive 85% larger flow area and an incredible 90% more charge air volume compared to the factory intercooler. Feel the power and acceleration your BMW deserves.

Our high performance intercooler core is a high quality Tube Fin core with internal turbulators. Despite its impressive size, the total weight of the intercooler is only 7.4 kg. The end boxes are made of high quality cast aluminum and have been optimized using CFD flow analysis. The original click connections have been eliminated and the connection diameters at the inlet and outlet have been expanded to Ø70 mm. The kit also includes 2 reinforced silicone hoses.

Our EVO 2 intercooler offers outstanding cooling properties while minimizing back pressure. This is crucial for optimum performance. All of our intercoolers feature an anti-corrosion coating with heat conduction properties that ensures long-lasting and optimal cooling. The kit is completely ready to install and replacing the factory intercooler is easy. It has been tested up to 6 bar and is pressure stable. Like all of our products, the Competition Intercooler EVO 2 is subject to constant qualitative monitoring to ensure the highest standards.

For vehicles with M package, additional adjustment work on the underbody panel is necessary.

Looks like I get to be the first review for these guys. Let me start out by saying that I have had 3 other cars of a similar caliber to my GTR serviced/worked on and upgrades installed at other shops and none took the pride and level of detail that these guys did. I wish I could see all the welds on the downpipes and exhaust because it looked like artwork. Their fabricator made sure to send me daily updates and pictures which was also a big deal to me. For being an out of state experience it made it seem more like they were local to me and that I had known them for longer.
