DO NOT use header wrap on any BBK Performance exhaust headers or pipes it will void the BBK warranty.

Improve the power and sound from your 1999-2013 Chevy an GMC Truck or SUV V8 4.8L/5.3L with these titanium ceramic BBK Performance shorty headers. BBK Performance shorty headers will increase your exhaust flow giving you additional horsepower and torque. BBK shorty headers will give your truck a throaty exhaust note. 

Top Quality Construction
BBK Performance shorty headers are made from 1-3/4" CNC-machined mandrel bent tubing with 3/8" thick die-stamped flanges. The large diameter primary tube design creates unrestricted airflow for ultimate horsepower gains. These headers are pressure tested to ensure leak free performance.

Installation
These GM Truck shorty headers are designed as a direct bolt on. For use with factory or any aftermarket catback exhaust.

Kit includes new gaskets and hardware.

IMPORTANT NOTE: On The passenger side OE Manifold you must remove the factory OE doughnut gasket and reinstall on the BBK passenger side header so the mid pipe will bolt up and seal

Let me start out by saying that I have had 3 other cars of a similar caliber to my GTR serviced/worked on and upgrades installed at other shops and none took the pride and level of detail that these guys did. I wish I could see all the welds on the downpipes and exhaust because it looked like artwork. Their fabricator made sure to send me daily updates and pictures which was also a big deal to me.
