Our Call/SMS/Email and Facebook/Instagram all feed through this ticket system. By messaging multiple times it does not open new tickets or bring you to the top of the list. We answer all tickets in the order that they are received. As with most companies since Covid we only have 3 phone support staff but do have 8 online support staff, so by calling that does not guarantee you get a faster response and generally our hold time on a normal day is about 15-20minutes. 99% of every ticket is answered daily as our staff are active in our support system from 8am-10pm EST M-F.
