Description

The Takeda Retain Intake is a short ram air intake intake system. In recent testing this intake produced 19 hp and 16 lbs. x ft. of torque. Takeda intakes are constructed out of lightweight clear coat anodized tubing for maximum air flow and a great style. Each intake uses a large 360 degree high flow Pro DRY S air filter for maximum flow, filtration and convenience. The Pro DRY S air filter requires no oils and cleans with simple soap and water. Takeda intakes come complete with all tubing, filters, couplings and hardware for an easy installation.

Note: This intake does not fit with a circular mass air flow sensor.

Quick and Easy Installation:
Complete installation in 30 minutes or less.

Cleaning Convenience:
This system includes a Pro DRY S oil free synthetic air filter which will never require to be oiled after cleaning.

Clear-coat Anodized Tubing:
Prevents intake tube discoloring and oxidation

Looks like I get to be the first review for these guys. Let me start out by saying that I have had 3 other cars of a similar caliber to my GTR serviced/worked on and upgrades installed at other shops and none took the pride and level of detail that these guys did. I wish I could see all the welds on the downpipes and exhaust because it looked like artwork. Their fabricator made sure to send me daily updates and pictures which was also a big deal to me. For being an out of state experience it made it seem more like they were local to me and that I had known them for longer.
