Increase stiffness and reinforce the torque boxed in your 1979-2004 Mustang with Torque Box Reinforcement Braces from BMR Suspension. The Fox-chassis Mustangs were not known for being super strong. When large amounts of torque are applied to the Fox chassis, the factory torque boxes are known to crack and rip. This causes all kinds of rearend alignment issues, poor performance, and unsafe driving conditions. Designed from CNC-laser cut, CNC-formed steel plate, BMR’s Torque Box Reinforcement Braces are designed to bolt into the ’79-’04 Mustang chassis, adding strength to the upper and lower control arm mounts. This means you can put as much power and torque to the wheels as possible, without fear of damaging this critical area of the chassis. BMR’s TBR001 Torque Box Reinforcement Braces are designed for street performance, drag race, and handling applications. This kit includes the braces and hardware to reinforce the upper and lower rear control arm mounts (torque boxes). The plates bolt in using supplied hardware and require very little fabrication to complete. If your Mustang makes extreme amounts of power, or if your primary use is for racing, these parts can be welded in for extra strength. When performance is a must, rely on BMR Suspension! BMR Suspension TBR001 Torque Box Reinforcement Braces come in a bare finish. Installation time is 4-5 hours. Proudly made in the U.S.A.

Looks like I get to be the first review for these guys. Let me start out by saying that I have had 3 other cars of a similar caliber to my GTR serviced/worked on and upgrades installed at other shops and none took the pride and level of detail that these guys did. I wish I could see all the welds on the downpipes and exhaust because it looked like artwork. Their fabricator made sure to send me daily updates and pictures which was also a big deal to me. For being an out of state experience it made it seem more like they were local to me and that I had known them for longer.
