BMR BK046 Differential Bushing Kit minimizes power robbing differential movement by replacing the OE soft rubber bushings with four high durometer front polyurethane bushings and 2 rear Delrin bushings. The combination of 95 durometer polyurethane bushings and Delrin effectively eliminates wheelhop with minimal contribution to road noise or driveline vibrations. BMR differential bushings should be considered an absolute must for any type of high horsepower application. Reduce differential bushing deflection and minimize wheelhop with polyurethane/Delrin differential bushings from BMR Suspension. Polyurethane is a synthetic polymer that has many properties that make it far superior to OEM rubber bushings. Polyurethane deflects far less that soft rubber, and it doesn’t breakdown from exposure to petroleum products, road salt, ozone, and other elements of the harsh undercar environment suspension bushings live in. Delrin is solid, self-lubricating polymer that eliminates bushing deflection over soft factory bushings. BMR’s polyurethane/Delrin differential bushings (BK046) drastically increase differential stability over the factory rubber bushings. The bushings are molded from 95-durometer polyurethane and machined from Delrin, which reduced bushing deflection on the front mount and eliminates deflection on the rear mount, while still absorbed road noise and engine vibrations. This allows you to increase performance without decreasing comfort. Designed for street performance, drag race, and handling application, BMR Differential Bushings minimize power robbing differential movement by replacing the OE soft rubber bushings with high-durometer 4-piece polyurethane bushings(front) and 2-piece Delrin bushings (rear). The bushings effectively minimize wheelhop without contributing to road noise or driveline vibrations. BMR differential bushings should be considered an absolute must for any type of high performance driving. BMR Suspension’s BK046 Differential Bushing Kit is available in red. Looks like I get to be the first review for these guys. Let me start out by saying that I have had 3 other cars of a similar caliber to my GTR serviced/worked on and upgrades installed at other shops and none took the pride and level of detail that these guys did. I wish I could see all the welds on the downpipes and exhaust because it looked like artwork. Their fabricator made sure to send me daily updates and pictures which was also a big deal to me. For being an out of state experience it made it seem more like they were local to me and that I had known them for longer.
