Description

An engine’s camshafts must be set at their proper positions relative to the crankshaft in order to maximize horsepower. The Pro Series Cam Gear Set for Honda's K20/ K24 engines enables serious tuners to optimize horsepower and torque by being able to further adjust camshaft timing, allowing them to tailor the power curve appropriately. Thanks to laser-etched timing and directional marks, precise camshaft adjustments can be made quickly and easily.

 

Pro Series Cam Gears feature precision-machined, hardened steel teeth to reduce premature wear with a signature, six-bolt design that eliminates gear slipping. Skunk 2’s Cam Gears remove VTC Control allowing for more precise camshaft center lining Skunk2’s lightweight design and CNC-machined, 7075-T6 billet aluminum construction reduces rotational inertia, resulting in increased engine response and acceleration. Skunk2’s adjustable cam gears have also been proven on race cars in the most extreme conditions for more than a decade.

Looks like I get to be the first review for these guys. Let me start out by saying that I have had 3 other cars of a similar caliber to my GTR serviced/worked on and upgrades installed at other shops and none took the pride and level of detail that these guys did. I wish I could see all the welds on the downpipes and exhaust because it looked like artwork. Their fabricator made sure to send me daily updates and pictures which was also a big deal to me. For being an out of state experience it made it seem more like they were local to me and that I had known them for longer.

Elite Race Fab offers free ground shipping & handling to our retail customers within the lower 48 contiguous United States on most orders totaling $159.99 and higher! Orders under $159.99 will be subject to a nominal $5 Flat shipping charge.
