AlphaLoc intercooler and coolant tube couplers from Linder Power Systems are the go-to connectors for boosting your engine. The new AlphaLoc couplers for your aluminium tube connecting needs are unlike anything currently available on the market. They are a spring loaded assembly with a fast thread and locking detent, use double o-ring sealing and don't need any tools to disassemble or reassemble. They also can't get stuck and lock harder as pressure increases, yet they still have flex to allow for engine movement. Linder Power Systems has tested them to 160psi without failure, and are very proud of the design and aesthetics. Available now in 2", 2.5", 3", 3.5" and 4" inner diameter and black or purple finish.
Note: When fabricating a system with AlphaLoc couplers make sure they will not be put in a mechanical load by movement of components. Also take care to not overheat and anneal the ferrules with the pins in them. We recommend welding about an inch and letting cool then repeat. If the ferrules are annealed the pins can elongate their holes and the couplers can leak or fail.

Elite Race Fab offers free ground shipping & handling to our retail customers within the lower 48 contiguous United States on most orders totaling $159.99 and higher, when the item being purchased is not a Freight/LTL item! Orders under $159.99 will be subject to a nominal $13.99 Flat shipping charge. Some exceptions and/or exclusions apply, in those scenarios you will be advised of any additional charges in the item details/description stating shipping exclussions/freight shipping required etc.
In regards to expedited and international shipping each order will need to be quoted on a case by case basis. You can obtain a quote two ways:
- From your shopping cart select "Request a Quote" prior to placing your order. We will review your proposed order and promptly respond with shipping estimates.
- Complete your order ahead of time indicating either expedited or international shipping during the checkout process. We will promptly determine shipping rates for your order and email you for approval and additional payment.
