Description
SB018X is an ACT pressure plate that uses exclusive diaphragm design to increase clamp load, reduce deflection and maximize clutch life. All diaphragms endure a four-stage, heat-treating process for unparalleled performance. ACT pressure plates have precision cover stampings to provide rigidity and consistency. ACT's Xtreme pressure plates increase clamp load by 50 to 120 percent. Xtreme pressure plates are recommended for use with a street or race disc. Monoloc is a one-piece, direct replacement or upgrade to the standard, two-piece wedge collar and wire ring featured in pull-type clutches. The spring tension of the segmented retaining ring is carefully calculated and tested for optimal performance. It provides uniform loading on the bearing and pressure plate to assure proper alignment, regardless of driver influence or vehicle modifications. Monoloc's hardened chrome-moly steel construction will provide years of service.

Looks like I get to be the first review for these guys. Let me start out by saying that I have had 3 other cars of a similar caliber to my GTR serviced/worked on and upgrades installed at other shops and none took the pride and level of detail that these guys did. I wish I could see all the welds on the downpipes and exhaust because it looked like artwork. Their fabricator made sure to send me daily updates and pictures which was also a big deal to me. For being an out of state experience it made it seem more like they were local to me and that I had known them for longer.

Install went smooth and the power seems to be even better than advertised. Cant wait to get tuned in a few weeks. Their shelf tune honestly has to be 600+ hp as I pulled on a Hellcat last night.
