Performance with a Budget in Mind
Released in the Fall of 2017, this fuel pump replaced the original Raptor. This new pump has similar features of the original Raptor, just enhanced. The Raptor-4G features our 4G motor design, diaphragm fuel pressure regulator, and a removable inlet screen adapter.
The Raptor-4G is designed to be reliable while delivering higher than factory fuel flow rates at pressure. With the diaphragm fuel pressure regulator, the fuel pressure can be fine-tuned per performance modifications. The regulator is adjustable from 7 to 70psi. The removable inlet screen allows for easy cleaning of debris picked up from the fuel tank.
This fuel pump is a flow through design, meaning, there is no return line needed. This fuel pump pulls fuel from the fuel tank and sends it through the factory filtration. If you are looking to retain your factory filtration but have higher fuel flow, look no further than the Raptor-4G. This fuel pump comes in 100GPH and 150GPH variants.
What is 4G Motor Technology?
4G motor technology is a smaller version of an industrial hydraulic pump setup. In an industrial hydraulic pump, you have an electric motor connected to the pump by a coupling. The purpose of the coupling is to compensate for minor amounts of misalignment and random movement between the motor shaft and the pump shaft.
The 4G is a four bearing design. There are two bearings supporting the motor shaft and two bearings supporting the pump shaft. The pump shaft, being supported on both ends by bearings, reduces shaft vibration which reduces pump noise and prolongs shaft seal life.
This design allows us to completely remove the electric motor from the fuel pump circuit, which keeps diesel fuel from ever entering the electric motor in the unlikely event of a radial pump shaft seal failure. What does this mean for you? Quieter, longer lasting pump operation!

Installation for Any Skill Level
The installation of the Raptor-4G system has been designed with the customer in mind. We know not everyone has special tools or fabrication skills, so we made the installation as easy as possible with basic hand tools and the, occasional, power drill. The quick-connect fittings and fuel lines make this a true plug and play installation, reducing the overall installation time. Our step-by-step manual outlines each process of the installation and is accompanied by visual guides to aid your progress.

How the Raptor-4G Operates
The Raptor-4G is designed to operate with flows at pressure beyond the maximum requirements of the engine. It receives fuel under vacuum from the fuel tank and enters the pump. The fuel is then pressurized by the Gerotor pump and sent to the factory fuel filter at a high rate of flow. The excess fuel not used by the engine is recirculated back to the suction side through the fuel pressure regulator.
