Replace that cracked, leaky and boring factory coolant reservoir with this stylish and high-strength all-aluminum coolant reservoir from Sinister Diesel. This 99.5-03' Powerstroke 7.3 Coolant Reservoir is made from 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum that is TIG welded and pressure tested for maximum strength. Best of all, the aluminum design helps to dissipate heat in the coolant system improving both performance and longevity.

The 99.5-03' Powerstroke 7.3L coolant reservoir is a drop-in replacement for the factory coolant reservoir, so no modifications are required for this installation. Installing the coolant reservoir is quick and easy. and it can be installed with basic hand tools in less than 30 minutes even for beginners. All of the installation hardware is included, and the sigh glass allows for easy coolant level inspection.

Our coolant reservoir is manufactured at Sinister's Sacramento, CA facility for maximum quality control. Great care is put into the part's cutting, forming, fitment and welding to ensure years of trouble free performance. The coolant reservoir is finished in Sinister Blue for a clean look under the hood. All Sinister Diesel coolant reservoirs are covered by a 1 Year Warranty.

Looks like I get to be the first review for these guys. Let me start out by saying that I have had 3 other cars of a similar caliber to my GTR serviced/worked on and upgrades installed at other shops and none took the pride and level of detail that these guys did. I wish I could see all the welds on the downpipes and exhaust because it looked like artwork. Their fabricator made sure to send me daily updates and pictures which was also a big deal to me. For being an out of state experience it made it seem more like they were local to me and that I had known them for longer.

Install went smooth and the power seems to be even better than advertised. Cant wait to get tuned in a few weeks. Their shelf tune honestly has to be 600+ hp as I pulled on a Hellcat last night. I see these guys and gals going a long ways if they can get out there and advertise. Customer service is on point paired with BIGGG savings for the winning combo.

Bought a Motec and had these guys build the harness and set it up fully. Track car that received the level of attention and detail of a show car while here.
