Exhaust Fabrication & Builder Parts

Build the exhaust around the vehicle instead of forcing the vehicle around an off-the-shelf system. Shop steel and titanium tubing, mandrel bends, pie cuts, V-band clamps, flanges, adapters, reducers, weld bungs, oxygen-sensor fittings, and fabrication tools for repairs, custom routing, and complete one-off systems.

Elite Race Fab supports fabricators with exhaust-specific components selected for accurate sizing, clean assembly, and dependable service under heat and vibration. Match every part by outside diameter, wall thickness, material grade, bend radius, flange pattern, and welding process. Plan the complete route before ordering, including ground clearance, drivetrain movement, heat expansion, hanger locations, sensor placement, and removable connections for future service.

Build a System That Fits, Seals, and Survives

Map the route before ordering material. Identify fixed points at the engine, transmission, chassis, suspension, rear axle, bumper, and existing exhaust sections. Leave room for heat expansion, drivetrain movement, ground clearance, and the tools needed to assemble and remove the system. A few careful measurements can prevent a pile of almost-correct bends and adapters.

Material choice affects weight, corrosion resistance, welding process, and cost. Match tubing and fittings by true outside diameter and compatible wall thickness. Bend radius and cut angle control how tightly the route can turn without flattening the tube or creating awkward transitions. Sensor bungs and fittings should be placed where the manufacturer specifies and where service access remains practical.

Use flanges or V band connections where the system may need to come apart. Support the assembly before final welding so joints are not forced into alignment, and finish welds with the system positioned correctly. Good fabrication is not only smooth tubing and clean welds. It also accounts for expansion, sealing, hanger placement, component access, and long-term repair.
