Constructed from a proprietary carbon-impregnated aerospace thermo-polymer composite, this fuel rail is 33% lighter and 60% stronger than aluminum alternatives—and operates up to 100°F cooler.

Designed to insulate fuel from engine bay heat, this composite fuel rail helps maintain consistent fuel temperatures and pressure, resulting in improved horsepower and torque. Its large 0.625-inch internal bore offers excellent pulsation dampening and optimized flow, aided by precision-machined, radius-cut injector outlets.

Compatible with all fuel types, including alcohol-based race fuels, this unit includes a specific fuel line connection kit for the 2006–2011 Civic Si, ensuring proper installation with the factory fuel system. It features -8 AN inlet/outlet ports, OEM fuel pressure regulator compatibility, and an additional 1/8" NPT port for fuel pressure monitoring.
