Description

A: This relocation kit from UMI Performance is easy to install and includes all necessary hardware for a seamless installation process. It is compatible with both manual T5 and automatic 700R4 transmissions, making it versatile for a wide range of vehicles. The kit allows for instant center adjustment by moving the front of the torque arm up or down, providing customization options for different driving preferences. Additionally, the kit is designed to work with aftermarket torque arms as well as the factory torque arm, ensuring compatibility with various setups.

 

PRODUCT FEATURES

  • Removes front mounting point of torque arm from transmission
  • Protects tail shaft from damage
  • Replaces transmission cross member with stronger set-up
  • Made from DOM mild steel tubing and 0.188” mild steel mounting plates
  • All necessary hardware included for installation
  • Compatible with aftermarket and factory torque arms
  • Allows for instant center adjustment
  • Machined torque arm mount from 0.250” thick mild steel
  • New clam shell design for attaching torque arm to cross member
  • Compatible with manual T5 and automatic 700R4 transmissions
  • 100% bolt-in installation, no drilling, cutting, or welding required
  • Designed to maintain vehicle ground clearance
  • Must be used with solid one-piece polyurethane bushing
  • Not compatible with factory two-piece bushing design
  • Aftermarket polyurethane bushing required for stock torque arm
  • Compatible with virtually any torque arm that bolts into stock location
