The Aeromotive Variable Speed Controlled Fuel Cell (18380) is a high-performance 15-gallon racing fuel cell featuring an integrated Brushless A1000 in-tank fuel pump module with true variable speed control. This system uses the same proven fuel cell design found in factory drag racing programs including the Ford Cobra Jet, Chevy COPO Camaro, and Mopar Drag Pak vehicles. The baffled fuel cell design keeps fuel at the pump inlet during aggressive acceleration, braking, and cornering, while the fluted pickup with an integrated 100-micron prefilter ensures clean and consistent fuel delivery. The brushless A1000 pump reduces current draw at higher EFI pressures and provides extended service life when operating with methanol or ethanol fuels. An external brushless controller allows for clean installation, cooler fuel temperatures, and improved system reliability while operating quieter than traditional A1000 pumps.
