The Aeromotive Variable Speed Controlled Fuel Cell (18386) is a compact 6-gallon racing fuel cell featuring an integrated Brushless A1000 in-tank fuel pump module with true variable speed control. Designed for high-performance EFI and carbureted fuel systems, this fuel cell incorporates a baffled design to keep fuel at the pump inlet during aggressive acceleration, braking, and cornering. The fluted pickup with an integrated 100-micron prefilter helps ensure clean and consistent fuel delivery. The brushless pump design reduces current draw at higher EFI pressures while extending service life when running methanol or ethanol fuels. An external brushless controller allows for cleaner installation, cooler fuel operation, and improved system reliability while operating quieter than traditional A1000 pumps.
