Design

We use vertical quad projectors for these Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD/3500HD NOVA-series headlights, and we apply a LED tube as DRL around the projectors. These NOVA-series headlights come with activation light feature, which is a running light when you unlock your Silverado, as well as white DRL light and amber sequential turn signal. These Silverado headlights also come with the center piece in black, the center piece is paintable to match with your grill. At the side of these Chevrolet Silverado NOVA-series headlights is the amber reflector lens with halogen light bulbs as signal light. The top dual projectors are for low beam, while the bottom dual projectors are for high beam.

Projector Technology

We compose these Chevrolet Silverado NOVA-series headlights with our patented Ice Cube 3D LED projector. We apply the Osram Oslon black flat LED chip for our projector, and the projection cut-off line is perfect for American LHD regulation.

Housing

Lens

Our Silverado 2500HD/3500HD NOVA-series headlights are made of polycarbonate plastic lens. We also apply a layer of anti-fog agent on the headlights lens; thus, it allows better light output in extreme weather. In addition, we also apply another coating to protect the lens against yellowing and oxidation.
