• Manufacturer Warranty: 6 months from the purchase date, subject to Anderson Composites’ review and approval.
• Delivery Inspection: Inspect the product and packaging with the driver present. Note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing. Keep all packaging and do not refuse or return the shipment without approval.
• Shipping Damage: Notify Elite Race Fab, the carrier, and Anderson Composites within 24 hours of delivery. Damage discovered after signing a clear receipt may not qualify for a claim.
• Required Photos: Provide at least 3 photos showing the box, a close-up of the damage, and a wider view of the damaged product beside or inside the box. Email ShippingDamage@andersoncomposites.com with the tracking number as the subject.
