Description

The Boss Hog 49454 Street Bandit Series Torque Converter is purpose-built for GM LS applications using the 4L60E, 4L65E, or 4L70E transmissions (1998 & newer with 300mm input shaft). Designed with lightweight efficiency and track-proven performance in mind, this lock-up converter offers a 3200–3500 RPM stall range — ideal for choppy camshafts and lightweight vehicles needing quicker launch response.

Built with precision and performance components, this converter reduces rotational mass by over 20 lbs in some cases, delivering significant performance gains. Leak-tested, digitally balanced, and made in the USA, it’s a dependable choice for serious street and strip applications.

Important: Ensure your gear ratio and tire height support a higher stall speed.
Upgrade Tip: Use the Outlaw Series if your setup includes nitrous, turbochargers, superchargers, or a trans brake.
