Very Important Sensor
The TPS sensor has important role in how the engine runs. Over time your TPS can wear out, causing "dead spots" or static in the signal it sends to the ECM. This can cause many problems, including erratic idle and poor throttle response.
Easy Installation
Because this replacement Mustang throttle position sensor fits just like the factory unit, it's as simple as removing the old one and installing this in its place. These cars do require the TPS to be adjusted once installed, but it can be done very easily with basic tools and a voltmeter.
