Description

Tune, monitor, and manage your 2025+ Toyota 4Runner i-FORCE MAX Hybrid with the COBB AP3-TOY-005 Accessport V3. Designed for the hybrid 4Runner platform, this ECU and TCM tuning device provides preloaded Off The Shelf maps, real-time vehicle monitoring, transmission calibration options, calibration storage, and support for custom tuning through Accesstuner when purchased separately.

The Accessport supports Stage 0, Stage 1 87/91/93 Octane, and Performance Tow ECU maps, along with Simulated Stock, OEM+, and Sport TCM calibrations. Supported transmission maps can alter shift points, downshift scheduling, throttle response, and torque limits to provide different transmission characteristics based on the selected calibration.

COBB-supplied Stage 1 testing shows peak horsepower increases of 4.6 percent on 87 octane, 7.4 percent on 91 octane, and 10.5 percent on 93 octane compared with the tested stock configuration. Peak torque increases were reported at 2.9 percent on 87 octane, 7.3 percent on 91 octane, and 10.8 percent on 93 octane. Actual results can vary based on vehicle condition, fuel quality, environmental conditions, and testing methodology.

The Accessport V3 features a large full-color high-resolution display capable of monitoring up to six vehicle parameters simultaneously. It supports customizable multi-gauge layouts, interchangeable faceplates, in-vehicle mounting, and storage for up to 100 calibrations.

A Gateway Bypass Harness is included for initial installation and other specific ECU communication procedures. The harness connects to the vehicle's OBD-II port, Gateway connector, and Accessport when required. It can also be used when dumping an unsupported ROM or recovering from a failed flash, but is not required for normal map changes or uninstalling the Accessport.
