Upgrade your 2021-2023 Ford F-150 Raptor with the COBB FOR0100020SL-RED Stage 2 Redline Carbon Fiber Intake Power Package featuring the full-size Silver Front Mount Intercooler. This complete package combines the COBB Accessport V3 with ECU and TCM flashing capability, Redline Carbon Fiber Intake System with HydroCarbon Trap, large Silver front mount intercooler, and COBB vehicle badge.

The included COBB Accessport V3 provides ECU calibration management, TCM flashing, real-time vehicle monitoring, map storage, and access to supported COBB Off The Shelf calibrations. Supported transmission maps can adjust shift points, shift firmness, skip-shift behavior, torque limits, and related transmission parameters. The Accessport can monitor up to six parameters simultaneously and store up to 100 calibrations. The ECU does not need to be mailed in for this supported application.

The Redline Carbon Fiber Intake System uses 3K tow carbon fiber in a 2x2 twill weave with a gloss clear coat. Factory airbox piping is replaced with 3-inch tubing incorporating the HydroCarbon Trap emissions component. A carbon fiber airbox lid supports COBB's reusable dual-inlet high-flow filter, which provides 165% more surface area than the factory filter. Black 4-ply silicone couplers and black e-coated stainless steel clamps complete the intake system.

This package includes the larger Silver COBB Front Mount Intercooler rather than the factory-location intercooler. Its 24-inch wide x 14-inch tall x 3.5-inch thick core provides substantially increased intercooler volume compared with the stock unit. Installation requires minor trimming on the back side of the grille while retaining the factory Adaptive Cruise Control bracket when used with the stock bumper.
