Utilizing the proven short runner tunnel-ram style, both of these manifolds provide the next step up in performance for LT1 and LT4 owners. These are both direct stock replacements for OEM equipment with all required emissions features.

  • Recommended intake gasket: Edelbrock #7243 or GM #12524653; Manifold height: A-6.00", B-6.00"; Port exit dimensions: A-2.06" x B-1.15"; Performer RPM Air-Gap LT1 intake manifold feature a throttle body pad that will accept OEM and oversized throttle bodies up to 58mm; Use RTV sealant to properly seal end seals, such as Edelbrock High Temp Silicone sealant #1076, DO NOT USE END SEALS GASKETS.; Hardened washers Must be used with intake bolts to ensure proper torque and prevent galling of the aluminum.; Sealant must be used on intake bolt threads if the threads extend into lifter valley or coolant passage.; NPT/Pipe thread fittings require the use of Teflon tape or paste on threads to ensure proper seal.; DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN NPT/Pipe fittings, this may cause the aluminum to crack around the fitting boss. NPT/Pipe thread is a tapered thread.; Carburetor size (CFM) should be selected based on your specific engine combination.; To ensure maximum performance and a proper seal, Edelbrock gaskets which are specifically designed and manufactured for use with Edelbrock parts must be used.; Proper installation is the responsibility of the installer. Looks like I get to be the first review for these guys. Let me start out by saying that I have had 3 other cars of a similar caliber to my GTR serviced/worked on and upgrades installed at other shops and none took the pride and level of detail that these guys did. I wish I could see all the welds on the downpipes and exhaust because it looked like artwork. Their fabricator made sure to send me daily updates and pictures which was also a big deal to me. For being an out of state experience it made it seem more like they were local to me and that I had known them for longer.
