Not all the hard ware was supplied

I repurchased the extended warranty and I read what was covered and was surprised that it stated I should be careful with the equipment, these struts and shocks are supposed to be heavy duty more expensive after market upgrades! I’m also surprised that not all the hardware was included too install the struts!
