New "X2302" Crate Engine features Ford Performances newest cylinder head, the "X2", packaged with the legendary "E" Camshaft. Utilizing all forged internals the X2302E crate engine is an excellent value and a solid foundation for any performance combination including forced induction. * 302 cu. in.; 340 HP; 9.0:1 Compression Ratio; Forged Pistons; Forged Steel Connecting Rods; BOSS 4-bolt main block M-6010-BOSS302; Hydraulic roller camshaft M-6250-E303, .498" lift intake and exhaust, duration at .050" is 220 degrees intake and exhaust; Double roller timing chain set M-6268-A302; Forged steel crankshaft; Ford Performance aluminum M-6049-X2 cylinder heads; Roller rocker arms; Can be used in kit cars, street rods, Mustangs, Fox-bodied cars, and trucks (Rear sump pan fits most Fox body cars). Built with all NEW Parts; INSTALLATION NOTES: Some or all of the following items may need to be changed from your original engine or modified for proper installation: Depending on your application, a different timing cover, water pump, oil pan and pickup may be required. Other applications may require different water pump and timing chain cover. Engine has a rear sump oil pan and pickup, standard rotation timing cover, reverse rotation water pump and non-EFI valve covers. Timing cover will work with most standard rotation water pumps. Fuel pump eccentric M-6287-B302 installed, allows use of mechanical fuel pump. Other applications may require different water pump and timing chain cover. Valve covers M-6582-W351PR should fit most non-EFI applications. Optional valve covers sold separately. The damper M-6316-D302 may require a spacer for pulley alignment. Looks like I get to be the first review for these guys. Let me start out by saying that I have had 3 other cars of a similar caliber to my GTR serviced/worked on and upgrades installed at other shops and none took the pride and level of detail that these guys did. I wish I could see all the welds on the downpipes and exhaust because it looked like artwork. Their fabricator made sure to send me daily updates and pictures which was also a big deal to me. For being an out of state experience it made it seem more like they were local to me and that I had known them for longer.

Install went smooth and the power seems to be even better than advertised. Cant wait to get tuned in a few weeks. Their shelf tune honestly has to be 600+ hp as I pulled on a Hellcat last night. Bought a Motec and had these guys build the harness and set it up fully. Track car that received the level of attention and detail of a show car while here.
