The Haltech Elite 1500 + Plug 'n' Play Adaptor Harness Kit offers a powerful, standalone engine management upgrade for Mazda RX7 FD3S Series 7 and 8 (1996–2002) with manual transmissions and a single turbo conversion. This kit simplifies installation by connecting directly to the factory harness, delivering a seamless transition to modern, programmable EFI control.

Paired with the intuitive Nexus Software Programmer (NSP), the Elite 1500 ECU enables advanced tuning and logging capabilities, ideal for rotary performance builds and motorsport applications. From drive-by-wire control to advanced boost and race features, this kit offers true flexibility and control.

  • For single turbo conversions only (factory twin turbo support requires Elite 2000/2500)

  • 4 injector & 4 ignition outputs, 12 digital outs, 10 analog ins

  • Knock, ignition switch, onboard MAP, and dual engine position inputs

  • 32x32x8 tuning resolution with 4D tuning and per-cylinder 3D compensation

  • Closed-loop control for O₂, idle, boost, cam timing, and more

  • Real-time logging: onboard (2MB, up to 200Hz) and direct-to-laptop

  • Launch control, traction control, flat shift, anti-lag, rolling launch

  • Advanced boost strategies: gear-, speed-, or time-based

  • Optional upgrade: advanced torque management system

  • Nitrous and CO₂ boost control, sequential turbo, and trans brake support

  • Thermocouple/EGT support and CAN-connected wideband O₂ sensors
