When combined with the included Plug 'n' Play adaptor harness, it offers a direct-fit upgrade for early Mazda MX-5 NA models, enabling advanced tuning and full control over engine performance.
Ideal for engine swaps, turbo installations, and custom modifications, this kit supports both 1.6L and 1.8L engines with manual transmission and the 2-plug, 2-row factory ECU.

Important Note:
1.6L variants require the factory throttle position sensor (TPS) to be removed and replaced with a full-range TPS.
Failure to replace the TPS can cause erratic ECU behavior and possible ECU damage at wide-open throttle.
