Injen Evolution Cold Air Intake for 2021-2026 Bronco 2.7L EcoBoost - EVO9302

The Injen EVO9302 Evolution Cold Air Intake System is designed for 2021-2026 Ford Bronco models equipped with the 2.7L twin-turbo EcoBoost V6. Featuring a custom tapered dual intake tube, oversized forward-facing air inlet, roto-molded XLPE construction, and Injen's SuperNano-Web dry air filter, this system is engineered to increase airflow to both turbochargers while retaining an OE-style fit. Injen reports dyno-proven gains of up to 26 horsepower and 27 lb-ft of torque with no additional engine tuning required.

The EVO9302 uses a dual intake tube that begins at 5 inches at the inlet and tapers smoothly toward both turbos. Unlike systems that stop short of the turbochargers, Injen's intake tubing extends all the way to the turbos. The forward-facing ram-air inlet is approximately twice the size of the OE inlet to increase incoming airflow from behind the grille.

A secondary inlet is incorporated into the airbox for additional airflow or use with Injen's compatible snorkel system. Injen notes that this connection is designed specifically for its snorkel and is not intended for OE or other aftermarket snorkel systems.

The one-piece airbox, ram-air scoop, and intake tubes are constructed from durable roto-molded XLPE polyethylene. Injen's patented Twist-Lock filter attachment system secures the included blue SuperNano-Web dry air filter, while a clear inspection badge allows the filter condition to be checked without removing the housing.
