Horrible
WARNING! WARNING! please read before you buy from this website, Ordered r400 exhaust, they sent me the wrong one after I DOUBLE checked with their staff that the correct exhaust was ordered before it shipped, after 7 days, im still waiting on a return shipping label, after a return shipping label was promised to me by A.J on Friday July 15.. they still managed to find an excuse to not send one, Been going back and forth in emails with Tristan since July 11, I have to follow up several times before I get a response, no response from him since Thursday July 14th 9.am, that day a MANAGER told me all the staff had gone home for the day so they coulnt help me (12 p.m) , still no return shipping label from their "fastest customer service" that they claim to have.. their lack of attention and crappy communication withing eachother and their customers cost me hundreds of dollars on top of this "little mistake" due to missed hotels fees, My car needed to be functional by Friday July 22nd for a work business trip, (made this very clear to their customer service agents on July 12th when part got delivered, plenty of time to fix) Stay away, don't make the same mistake I made, pay the extra $30 from a legit and well set up company with real customer service that cares!! I wasn't going to write a review but I keep getting emails from them asking for one, so here it is.
