Unwanted aggravation.
This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had purchasing automotive products. First, this company sells products from other company’s, they are not their own. Second, this company sells products they don’t actually have in stock, but will take your money first then notify you after you don’t receive a follow up email with tracking info. Third, they don’t keep you informed unless you push the issue and demand answers. I could have had my product within a two week span had I ordered directly from the parts original company, but gave this company my business as they claim they are a military veteran owned/operated business. Absolutely embarrassing and will no longer use this company for any further automotive purchases. Oh and the topping on this shameful cake was the $10.00 “here this will make everything better” reimbursement on a $190.00 purchase that took ah little over a month to receive. Just sad.
