The JE Pistons forged piston set for Chevrolet small-block V8 engines with 23-degree cylinder heads gives your performance engine build a durable foundation for demanding use. The Tour Series combines forged 2618 aluminum construction with lateral gas ports, an accumulator groove, and double pin oilers. Its design brings JE's racing experience to a small-block rotating assembly, with crown geometry and ring grooves developed for the intended cylinder head and ring package. The round forging and application-specific machining provide a purposeful piston for a performance short block. This 4.040 in bore kit uses a 1.125 in compression height and is supplied as a matched set of eight pistons for your next V8 build.
